Health is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life. Without it, even the greatest wealth, love, or material possessions hold little value if we can’t enjoy them fully due to illness. Too often, people wait until they face health challenges to seek help, becoming reactive rather than proactive. By taking charge of our well-being early on, we can prevent many issues before they arise.
In today’s world, many of us have become reliant on pharmaceutical companies, opting for quick fixes instead of focusing on strengthening our immune systems. There’s a growing belief that healthy food isn’t delicious, leading to poor dietary choices that harm our bodies. This reliance on convenience can result in temporary comfort but may lead to health complications in the future.
Exercise is often viewed negatively, with many making jokes or excuses about their sedentary lifestyles. Yet, this inactivity can lead to long-term consequences, affecting overall well-being. Many young people are already facing mobility issues that could have been avoided with proactive self-care.
Take diabetes, for example. The indiscriminate consumption of sugar and junk food, products from companies belonging to pharmaceutical companies that will bring the "cure" to this disease, and this miraculous medicine, what it really does is turn the person into a lifelong dependent on controlling the disease, medicine that, if not taken causes the person to relapse, and if they continue taking it, it affects other organs of the body, which is why they will need new medicines, it is a great business. The same goes for medications for depression and the heart, medications that never cure but make you dependent on them for life.
A great example was given with the COVID-19 "pandemic," where traditional treatments were eliminated, the search for alternative products was prohibited, and the world population was forced to take a vaccine that had not been tested. A vaccine that was announced as the best and, in the end, neither protects nor prevents the transfer of "Covid" but does weaken the immune system since the body gets used to receiving a temporary "boost" instead of looking for one's body, fighting the disease. What has happened now is thousands of "vaccinated" people are getting sick more frequently and constantly need boosters of the "vaccine."
The positive outcome of these challenges is that more individuals are awakening to the importance of self-care. People are returning to fundamental health practices, questioning the influence of large corporations and governments, and recognizing the power of taking control of their own health journeys.
There’s a lesson to be learned from every experience, and it’s never too late to start prioritizing your health. By fostering awareness and embracing natural methods of care, we can reduce our dependence on medications that often come with more side effects than benefits. The journey to wellness is empowering, and it starts with the decision to take care of ourselves, one step at a time.
Health is wealth
